I was somewhere between a feeling
of total bliss as a result of deciding to purse my MBA at IE Business School,
and a feeling of total panic that I had actually done so. My wife and I had
made the decision and didn’t look back. LAUNCH week was a blur of activity,
including introductory classes, seminars, challenges, and a frantic scavenger
hunt which had everyone running across half of Madrid. My new classmates and I
were introduced to our sections, the workgroups to which we had been assigned
for term 1, and thanks to Kakiblu, those
of us within the intake who also had the entrepreneurial
itch. Not everyone choses IE Business School with the aim of starting a
company or of taking advantage of Area 31, the Venture Network, or the immense
community of entrepreneurs associated with the school, but for those of us who
did, Monday May 11th, 2015 was exciting.
