Hello, my name is Michael Jacinto, MPA
CEQA practitioner with 15-years of environmental planning experience in the review and legal compliance for complex land use development projects in urban, suburban and rural settings. Graduate level course work in Public Administration has been beneficial in sharpening my policy evaluation and impact assessment skills while also providing insight on how to effectively navigate complex bureaucratic networks.
I was Robbie’s +1 to his holiday party. I promise he isn’t a hologram.

The most succinct endorsement I've read, in the Examiner of all places reflecting why Sanders getting my vote. Not down with a hawkish former Republican turned centrist Corporocrat. Nah.

A little less peeved about the iOS update that bricked my iPad as it was a good excuse to check out the gorgeous Norman Foster & Partners design for Apple's Union Square flagship. Form follows function and manufacture$ desire!

Whether you support Hillary or Bernie, I'd argue you are also more likely to fundamentally agree with the sentiment expressed below than someone voting Trump. Much of the divisiveness is drummed up by the elite as a means to preserve their control or status quo and there's really a lot more common ground than we (are made to) think-- it just takes seeing past the smoke and mirrors of election politicking.

"Poverty is cruel and destructive. Wealth is cruel and destructive too, or at least booms are. The whole of the US sometimes seems to be a checkerboard of these low-pressure zones with lots of time and space but no money, and the boomtowns with lots of money, a frenzied pace and chronic housing scarcity. Neither version is very liveable." --Rebecca Solnit, 2013 http://bit.ly/GoogleInvades

Fantastic documentary on computers, self-organizing societies and the philosophical underpinning of the modern environmental/ ecological movement. Oh, and as a bonus, a pretty deep analysis of the Clinton Whitehouse economic policies at the time, raising many questions about what could shape Clinton's policy in the future. Watch it.
I've been infatuated by this track since the early 90s. Finally managed to get my hands on the full cd and feel my work here is now done. Wunderschön!

Only in the public sector, and perhaps to a limited extent in the nonprofit sector as well, is your job description and perceived duties subject to such scrutiny. Better get back to the bureau, have a lot of class warfare to instigate before quitting time!
