Solving problems and helping people along the way. I can't think of a more fulfilling way to live my life. Leadership: Leadership is the capacity to transform a vision into reality. The one skill that glues together every other skill. I've embraced leadership not only in business but in every aspect of my life. Personal development: One of the best, if not the best habit you can develop in order to reach the level of success you want in life and business. A good read every day, 30 minutes of a good audio book a day and you will be at the top of your field eventually. Public speaking/ Pitching: Being an effective communicator is an essential trait in any successful person. It is, as any other skill, developed by hours and hours of beating on your craft. Teamwork: Essential for any organization. There have been several research projects regarding teamwork which allow us to understand the subject in a more profound way and, therefore, allowing us to get all the potential out of it. Management: You lead people and you manage things. In order to be a successful manager within an organization, you need to have deep knowledge about the different departments. Experience is also a key component in becoming a successful manager. I'm always open to new professional experiences. I can learn anything that needs to be learned in order to secure a position within a world-class organization. I have absolute disposal to move across the globe if needed.
